Sex Questions FAQ

Q. I'm male. How can I last longer during sex? When I'm having sex I come / have an orgasm too quickly? How can I solve premature ejaculation? etc etc.
A. You need a series of techniques known as Male Orgasm Control. The single most effective technique is to Relax your PC muscle. After that you want Slow Breathing and Third Eye Focus. Read the whole section on orgasm control. Practice these first on your own during masturbation, then apply during sex.

Q. I'm female. Why can't I have an orgasm during sex? Why can't my partner make me come?
A. The simplest, quickest, easiest way for a woman to have an orgasm is by gently stroking clitoris with fingers. This can be done during or not during sex. Best is to practice first not during sex. Read the whole clitoris section and try out everything there.

Q. I'm male. Recently I've had problems keeping a hard erection during sex. What's wrong?
A. Read the practical erectile dysfunction tips page. On top of this information, men's sexual desire gradually lessens as he ages. This can be kept in check with a healthy diet and regular cardiovascular exercise.

Q. I'm female. I'd like to have a female ejaculation (aka squirting) / I've just squirted but I don't understand what happened / How can I squirt more?
A. Female ejaculation and G-spot massage go hand in hand. Usually female ejaculation happens after the G-spot is massaged. The main barrier to squirting is releasing the 'pee feeling'. Read more on the G-spot page.
