I'm a 21 year old male, and i don't have any problem masturbating, yet when I have sex, or any type of foreplay, i never seem to reach orgasm. I have only maybe... three or four times reached it during sex, never from oral or other stimulation. I don't have any issues staying hard, i stay hard for hours during sex and play, i just don't reach orgasm. I almost wonder if it's a mental issue, having trouble relaxing oor something, but i'm not sure just how to relax. I'm not sure how to proceed, it's still all pleasurable, but i never hit that "ultimate" pleasure. Any ideas?

sometimes with oral or hand stimulation from a partner, it can sometimes be difficult to get to orgasm, depending on their technique, and how you like to be stroked.
But with penetrative sex, at your age, getting to orgasm shouldn't be a problem.
I am taking amiltrypline. it's for migraines, technically an antidepressant, but i'm taking 5mg every evening, typically it's given is something like 120mg for depression. No condoms, and occasionally i do tense the PC muscle is suppose...

Ok well tense your PC muscle during sex. This should help you get to orgasm easier.
Read through the page on PC muscle relaxation, but you should do the opposite of the advice given there, as you have the opposite problem. So just tense your PC muscle and keep it tensed during sex.
The reason i mention exercise is because for older (>25) men and women, having a good cardiovascular fitness gives you a strong heart, which is able to reach the higher bpms (120-130) needed to get to orgasm. It shouldn't make any difference with you since you are young, but you never know, just try doing some regular aerobic / cardiovascular exercise - jogging / swimming / cycling etc and have a read through the section on manpower.
okay so we do use a condom. but he is 19 years old!! it really bothers me. i try super hard, moan and scream and cum yet still his excuse is the condom. he moves fast and is in good shape. whats going on? and yes i have on ocassion performed oral sex on him but sill no ejaculation from him. it angers me after sex because once i'm done he still wont and sometimes he just seems bored of it. and on to we have only been sexually active for about three weeks!!!
