Tight Vagina

My wife was a virgin when we got married.
We have been married 2 years and still have to use lube for sex. Even after awesome foreplay her vagina is super tight which makes me finish too soon.

I just read the tips for making me last longer and I am going to use them.

Is is possible that my wife has a small vagina?

Any other thoughts to make the sex last longer?

She is reluctant to get on top, but does like it from the back, not anal.
