my husband is 54 yrs old, iam 52 yrs old i love having sex with him because he does make sure iam satisified but.. he has sex sometimes for two hours and does not have an orgasm. the next morning he has one right away after about five to ten minutes can you explain that?

There is a lot of variation in how long a man lasts during sex, and that is perfectly natural. Like you say, sometimes it's two hours, sometimes two minutes.

What's important is for him to be able to control how long he lasts. He can easily learn to last longer every time if he wants to. Just ask him to read the section on male orgasm control and in particular PC muscle relaxation.
