I used to have an orgasm when i am having sex, and his penis is touching my G-spot, but now it is all different. Do u think i no longer have a G-spot? or it is no longer sensitive?
Cos i have had an abortion and i am wondering if it was affected in the process.
Please i need help

It's quite likely that your problem is psychological rather than any physical change to your body. Have a read through this post.
