LICKING THE CLITS

How safe is it lick the clits and the juice therein?
What harm it may cause if I lick the clits of a girl not much known to me?
If I swallow the juice drops in the clits will that cause any health problems for me? If so what are they?

The clitoris doesn't produce any fluid. The fluid you're talking about is most likely produced by the vagina.
HIV and other STDs can be transmitted by vaginal fluid. The risk of transmission increases if there are any open cuts or sores in or around your mouth, or if you swallow the fluid.

Generally, licking the clits is safe.

You may also be talking about female ejaculation, the HIV transmission status of which is uncertain, but its recommended   to treat it in the same way as vaginal fluid, ie, don't get it near any open cuts / sores, and don't swallow it.
