Which part don't you understand?
Look at the diagram. That's your PC muscle. To make sex last longer, relax your PC muscle.
You can practice while masturbating, or during sex.

I understand what you're saying. You are unable to make the link between you're mind and the muscle. The muscle is the 1 you squeeze when you need to pee but can't. Once you identify the muscle relaxing will be no problem =P
