As a girl, is there anyway to slow that down? Maybe hold in the cum some how? I know the whol stop and go method or what not for guys but I can't neccesarily do that with my boyfriend. Please help. well im a girl too but my problem is the total opposite my boyfriend cums too quick on me as soon as he gets it in its out in about 10 seconds i dont know what i can do so he can last more

Ask him to read through the orgasm control section, in particular, PC muscle relaxation. 
Do you think the orgasms are from touch on your clit? If so you could try to avoid or reduce contact on your clit.
In general (regardless of your boyfriend) how often do you have an orgasm?
You could try having an orgasm by masturbating sometime before you're with him. This should reduce your sexual tension and you'll last longer.
However that is advice taken straight from male sexual thinking. Female orgasm can be more complex. Some women can 'think' themselves to orgasm, and your case may be related to that. Others have hundreds of orgasms per day (Permanent Sexual Arousal Syndrome).
